Still having this issue at times. Sims will stay about 5 irl seconds in the hot tub and then immediately get out. Don't know whether it's just a community lot problem or not but it's definitely happening in there. Sims will sit in the hot tub and immediately another sim will randomly pop up on the queue to talk to the active sim, even if they don't know that sim and they'll get out. NPC's don't seem to care for it either.

This problem is not limited to community lots. It also applies to residential. Sims 3 (and I think 2) did not have this problem. They would sit in the hot tub for hours, almost indefinitely. I would find them in the hot tub at 2 AM. I would like to see this convention return.
