I have the same issue. Snowy Escape, Nifty Knitting and the Disney-Game-Pack-That-Shall-Not-Be-Named-But-I-Will-Buy-It-Anyway. Sorry, I'm a Star Trek fan. 😇

I tried from within the Origin Client and in 3 different browsers and 2 different ISP's. EA has never made me fight so hard to hand my money over to them, I'm impressed.

I would really love if I could get these latest releases since I'm expected to provide support for this game to the users that actually do have it. It would be really swell if I had an idea of what they were talking about, especially considering TS4 EP's are always little bundles of support-technician joy.

I haven't updated my game to the 11-10 patch yet. I wouldn't think it should matter, but I can update and try again if you wish.

I also would like to add that this issue seems to pop up for customers with every EP, I'm seeing it about IL, Uni & Eco and I probably missed some. Even EA support told me "they usually fix it within a few days."

I bet he's regretting phrasing it like that right about now.
