@Toztabud If you have the box checked to enable surveys you should see any current survey in the slideshow when you open your game - at the main menu. So... from what you said, having enabled this, I would assume that your only barrier right now is that there are probably not any current surveys. I don't see one in my slideshow on the home page. Next time one comes out, if you don'e see it there, you could then check if something isn't set up correctly.
