Re: Can't order upgrade parts

@WhantSomeEggs I have done some testing and found the following:

• I have traveled with my sim to a library (they are not off the grid or in Sulami), and when I go to the library computer I do not find there the option to order upgrade parts.
• I had a sim go to the home of another sim and try to order upgrade parts on their computer and the option does not come up.

I did find two options:

• Use a sim who already has some upgrade parts in his/her inventory and handiness skill. You can move this sim in with your household in order to do the upgrade or you can do this with the sim that is purchasing the 'off the grid lot' (Just before they purchase it have them own a computer and purchase a supply of upgrade parts and keep them in their personal inventory.)
• On your lot go into build mode then debug mode and find the upgrade parts. Drag them onto the ground ion the lot and save. Then play the sim you want to do the repair and drag the parts into their personal inventory and they will be able to use the parts to do the upgrade(s) (if their handiness is high enough and if the lot allows any given upgrade option and you have the correct upgrade parts for it).

To find debug items:

Open the cheat panel (shift+control+c) and type testingcheats on and press enter. Type in bb.showhiddenobjects and press enter. In the build items search box type “debug” to bring up all the hidden objects. Type in the search box "upgrade" to bring up upgrade parts.
