**Update** it seems to only be the one saved game, i started up a new game and I wasn't experiencing these problems.

Would you be willing to share your save with me ?
If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link. - @crinrict no sorry, I deleted it.
