How fun it is to have to first deal with the EA app not working and then the rewards not working. Lovely... such fun to spend the first half hour of my day dealing with EA IT issues. Thanks to the community helpers who provided advice on both this and that forum threads. Would be better tho if I really didn't have to do this every time.
