@t7tjcgajdz6u , I'm sure you meant well, but if you read the first page of replies to this topic, you would see how this is a bad idea. One player lost family members to Covid, so putting that in a game trivializes this tragedy!😭 Others have lost jobs and mental health over this. 😫 Also, it would be in poor taste for a company to make a profit off of trivializing the tragedy of real life people! 😭
The Sims usually has goofy, made-up illnesses. These are better suited to the game . 😅 I think the only illnesses you can get are with the Get to Work EP (because you can be a doctor in one of the careers) that come with dizziness and rashes, and in the My First Pets Stuff SP if you let a dirty angry rodent bite you , you can get Rabid Rodent Fever.
Here is a guide to the Get to Work illnesses: The Sims 4 Get to Work: How to cure your Sick Sim (simscommunity.info) This is not the doctor's career guide, but a guide to if your regular Sim comes down with an illness from this pack. Here is a guide to the Rabid Rodent Fever found in My First Pet Stuff : The Sims 4 My First Pet Stuff: All About The Rabid Rodent Fever (simscommunity.info)
Perhaps one of these illnesses can be a substitute in game for Covid if you still want to simulate it... just imagine that it has that name, instead.
