You can buy the Brave trait with 8000 satisfaction points per sim. Or use the cheat for it (traits.equip_trait trait_Brave). That should help.

- @MuirDragonne Yes that did help. Sorry about late response, been SUPER busy and games were the last thing on my mind. But wanted to let you know after the new patches were released and i updated my game this was no longer an issue. I think the game was bugging out and giving them too much fear for earthquakes. Now it is reasonable. I tested out your suggestion a long time ago but didnt respond because immediately after my life got turned upside down. Thank you for your suggestion as it did help a bit, thankfully it's not a problem at all anymore. Happy simming and Peace! = )
