It’s my 100 baby save of all saves and I really need these toddlers potty trained 🙈

Evicted them and moved them back to the same lot, then to another one in the same neighbourhood, then to another neighbourhood. Still nothing 😫
Also went to cas and tried changing her back to adult, still nothing so I guess this a sim-specific problem
before she aged up to elder everything was fine though
- @anntarkin Did you also test if it's only that toddler that has issues with the elder or any toddler ?
It’s only that elder for both toddlers. Tried moving in another sim and she could potty train without problems. The toddlers could also ask her for potty help.

Will do so in a sec! The problem also appears when she wants to give a bath to a toddler - no such option.

Thanks! It seems I managed to fix this. When clicking on the toddler the game offered “friendly introduction” even though it’s her daughter and the game recognises her as such... After the introduction the potty train and bath option popped back up along with a normal interaction menu. Had not tried to click on the toddlers before.
