are you using any mods/cc in your game ?
If not, could you try moving the Sims out and back in via household manager. Maybe that helps.

Thanks for your feedback. I am having the same issue. I tried moving them out and then back in and that didn't help. I have tried to cancel the Gardener but I can't.
I don't have any CC or Mods in my game.
- @Jacqpinks What happens when you cancel ? Does it just drop from queue or do you get an error ?
@Jacqpinks Also, look in the sims queue when you give them the order to cancel the gardener service, and see if your sim have any other action after that, in queue; that either you ordered them to do, or they chose to autonomously.
