Re: [FAQ] Why don't my expansion packs transfer between platforms?

I've been playing sims 4 on various computers on the same account since around 2021 and i just recently got it on my xbox because my laptop is getting old and slower. I want to log in to my EA account on my xbox so that i have all my DLC, but when logging in on xbox there is only options to log in through microsoft accounts. I already linked my xbox account through my EA account but there's no way to link EA to xbox through microsoft? which i why i'm confused. I have been playing just base game for a bit because i don't know what to do and i realized yesterday that my sims i posted to the gallery years ago on my computer are in my gallery on xbox. so obviously it's partly connecting?
