Yep, I had the same. I bought the game in the shop (a boxed edition) and no extra content is showing in the game nor in the library to download.

This gift bonus item IS MISSING. WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE BACK CARRY. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE PRE ORDER GIFT DLC PACK IS NOT SHOWING UP IN GAME AT ALL.
NONE OF IT. AND NONE OF THE STAFF ARE ANSWERING ME AFTER THEY CLOSED MY CASE AND DIDNT CALL ME.
