@Gulcanxx Here is one way to do it. Your Guy Sim should already be in your Library but if he isn't, load that game and save him to your Library from the CAS screen.

Load your Girl Sim game-save:

1. Open the the Manage Worlds menu & click on the Manage Households icon in the upper right corner.
2. From the Manage Households screen, find and click on your Girl Sim's household and then click on the Edit, add, or remove Sims from the household in Create a Sim icon (looks like a pencil). This will load your Girl Sim's household in CAS.
3. In the lower left corner click on the Add a Sim icon and select Add Sim from the Gallery from the pop-up menu
4. In the next screen select the My Library tab. Find your Guy Sim and click on his household and it will open it in CAS. Click on the Place Household icon in the lower right. You'll now see both of your Sims in your Girl Sim's household, so click on Play.
5. Close the Manage Households menu and you are all set! Find & select your Girl Sim's house on the map and click on Play.
