@kreativeangel93 Thank you for your question. Personally, I have only ever backed up (saved a folder) of my content/saves via the 'The Sims 4' folder and the tray folder within it. Please find additional details about saves and backups at this link: http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/help/save.php

The lots that are saved in your library can be found in your tray folder. If you have trouble finding the house in the tray you may want to re-save it on the current date then exit the game right away and check in your tray for the last item saved to the tray (otherwise it will be difficult to figure out which tray item is your house/lot.

So... to save the correct file(s) for the lot:
1. Save the lot to your library in-game
2. Go into Sims 4 > Tray and sort by date modified
3. Select all files with the same and most recent date and time (should be around now) and zip/compress
