@BellX39, have you tried the FreeBuild cheat yet?  I don't know If this will fix your problem or not, but it is worth a try:

1) Bring up the cheat box by pressing "Ctrl" + "Shift" +"C" without the quotes

2) In the box type "bb.enablefreebuild" and press "Enter".  Make sure you type the period after "bb" and before "enablefreebuild" with no spaces. You should now be in Build/Buy Mode 

3) Grab the table that you want to resize, and try to resize it by using the bracket keys   [ and ] keys. If that doesn't work you can delete the table and buy a new one.
