@SheriGR I forgot about the "invite" option. That reminds me I was able to travel to a different world with a family member's horse for a trip out for the day just like you can do with a friend. They went riding around and then my Sim travelled back to their lot to drop them home safely (even though they'd probably make it home just fine).
It could be done with a friend's horse but it just seems weird taking them out for the day if they're not family... I don't think I'd appreciate a knock at the door and someone asking if my cat felt like a trip out somewhere!
