@maddylynk  Yes, this is a good computer for Sims 4.  With no custom content, it should be able to handle running all current packs together on ultra graphics settings with some room to spare.  I don't know what kind of cc you like, but high poly (high- resolution) items can be quite demanding, so it's possible you'd need to turn down a couple of settings a bit, although I'd expect that all or mostly ultra would still be fine.

I took a quick look at options in Canada and didn't see anything else as good in the same price range, which would be surprising if not for the current severe graphics card shortage.  There might be similar deals out there that I didn't find; I'm just saying you probably wouldn't be able to do better, at least not below $1,100 or so.
