What do you mean by rotate? Please try the < and > key (, .  the comma and period keys)

In going over this list I did not find many that were not the same for Mac (for instance, undo is Command + z on Mac, and the "h" button does not bring up the hand tool) in an initial overlook, so I would thing that combined with the above lists that are specific to Mac you should have a lot of usable shortcuts: http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/controls.php
