wvurel Does it matter which Gallery lot you place? The ones you've been using may be broken, so please try others, preferably new ones that are not complicated. Please also try on different lots within your save, or in a new save if you prefer.
None of the options from the gallery work in any of my saves. I have tried different lots in all of my saves. It’s the same problem everytime. Thank you for the help trying!
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
