After looking into it further, it looks like it's the Bronze level reward for the Lampoon Party.  Did you still get the toilet trophy from Bronze level?

    Finally i got it. 

    Hard to do Bronze level, usually i reach gold level or fail the party. You must complete only the first  step.

    Little strange 8 rewards (4 vuvuzela and 4 toilet) for the same party.
