@bellagoth21 First I would advise you to switch off the use of all your mods. After that you should delete the file: localthumbcache.package from the \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder.
Try to start your game again but now without any mods, scripts or cc. If your game shows the same issues do not save but just quit the game and try to reload a saved game of which you are sure it didn't have this issue.
Hopefully that game will work.
After you tested the game you should clear out your mod folder and delete the corrupted Trait mod you created with zerbu.
Hopefully you will be able to restore your game afterwards.
