@IngeJones That's what I was thinking. Minecraft does it. Snap two stairs next to each other and it turns into a corner piece. Something like that.

@Psychotps @IngeJones I have been tinkering a little bit with platforms and stairs. There are still some nice possibilities
It still isn't the workaround I am looking for but it seems there are quite some options to construct something fancy. Unlike I expected we can place more stairs on a smaller footprint. (platform)
