@3Rosez there is no official new lot type for High School Years, as we cannot make new HS lots. You can rebuild the high school that's already there, but you cannot place more of them, if that makes sense. Which is why you cannot filter by it in the gallery, but you can search for high schools in general and replace the current one 🙂
