@gaminggibbon88 You can delete aliens in Other Households if you want to. They just behave like regular Sims and don't impact the game. It just means that the link to Sixam is open and it's available for you to travel to. It's a really great addition to the game for exploration and especially if you have Sims who are collectors. I don't personally see aliens walking around much in other areas, just at the Science Lab. There are pub theme nights where aliens will appear but apart from that, I don't see a lot of them about.
There are just a few mermaids swimming around in Sulani, they barely have any impact at all. You just see a tail flash in the water. They're just regular Sims the rest of the time. It's not a massive part of Island Living and it's one of the best packs. You see a lot of Sims swimming in the beautiful ocean and every now and then you spot that one of your neighbours happens to be a mermaid.
I'd like an occult toggle for the horror occult Sims, werewolves and vampires because I don't want those but I'd like the worlds.
I have Spellcasters and my only issue with them is I don't like the brooms taking off in the middle of the Spice Festival, it looks a bit ridiculous. I'd have preferred Glimmerbrook to stay as a secret world and for powers to stay there. Just for the realism aspect.
But Aliens and Mermaids are the quieter occults.
We've asked for a toggle before but I don't know if it will ever happen.
