You can probably get strawberries from the Starter Fruits seedpack or the Seasonal Summer Plants seedpack. These are available from the Purchase Gifts menu on phones and computers. The starter seedpacks are also available from Purchase Seeds on the computer, garden pots, and planter boxes.

That said, Growfruit and several pet items have been added to the Ranger Station, so perhaps we can get these added too. It would also be nice to have Plasma Fruit added for the vampires.

While I can't comment on the items not being available at the Ranger Station, I can say that I've never found a strawberry in a starter seed pack. That said, you can now get them from the vertical garden fruit seed if you have Eco Lifestyle. Also, this only becomes an issue for someone with Seasons, so you can also get a strawberry from the appropriate season seed pack and with base game, the uncommon plant seed pack once you're the appropriate level, but these last two are very hit and miss.

@Sketch793 Strawberries are not available in the starter seed packets. They are uncommon and available in the uncommon seed packets. Level 7 of the gardening skill is required to unlock these seed packets.

The summer seed packets require level 5 of the gardening skill. It is hard to build up high levels of the gardening skill while still doing other activities when in vacation. Plus, it is expensive to keep buying seed packets for just the one ingredient.
