@HelenaAYAYA  EA Play doesn't come with any Sims 4 packs, just the Digital Deluxe version of the base game.  EA Play Pro comes with the DD base game plus the Dine Out game pack and the Kids' Room stuff pack.  The other advantage is that the 10% discount that comes with each subscription stacks with any other sales, so for example if an expansion is $20 rather than $40, someone with EA Play would pay $18.

However, if you're only looking to play Sims 4, it's more efficient to buy the game outright and skip the subscription entirely.  Sims 4 is often on sale: the base game can be as low as $5, and expansions are usually 50% off.  Once you buy the game, you don't need a sub at all, and you won't have to pay a second time.
