Except I have all the packs minus a few kits. Are you telling me that the reapers rewards requires bust the dust and/or modern menswear?

Also, it shouldn't be that way by design, because that is classist and unfair to the players who can't get all the packs. I also could've sworn that one of the sim gurus on twitter or whatever it's called now said that you don't need any packs to be able to FULLY COMPLETE the tasks and receive all items.

It says I have completed all the quests but I have not enough points for the batfish… is that correct? For week 3? I have completed all the previous weeks, and on time.

I did buy the Paranormal stuff pack and am still 30 points short of the batfish. I'm also hiving a lot of other issues and wading through all of these posts is daunting. I cannot find an account or email to send my user files to for resolution and I'm very disheartened. I want to get more packs because I'm really liking the game (new player, came in because of reaper's rewards), but I really cant justify it if I'm not going to be able to have the benefits from the extra packs. I'm seeing a spot for files here, but it seems like a big privacy issue to be asking for user identified game files in a public forum.

When you say you have to wait a little longer is this why my week 4 is currently not unlocked? 
I can access week 4 and the names of the tasks through the rewards section but the actual tasks don’t show up for me to complete? 

@janehorn I had to let my game run unpaused for a few seconds, then Grim's box appeared and I could do the tasks. 

I think what they meant by saying you have to wait a little longer is that by the end of the event we all will get the rewards, but some people with the packs might get an item this week that we won't have enough points to get until next week. For example, last week (week 3) I didn't have enough points to get the last item, the Batfish, but I got it this week (week 4) because I had enough points after starting this weeks tasks. This week I'm 25 points short of getting the last item, the fishing book, but next week I'll be able to get it. Those who had the packs that gave the extra tasks would have had enough points to get these items during the week they became available.

I have tried that (leaving my game running) I’ve even exited the game and reloaded. Week 4 tasks still aren’t showing up for me to complete. Any ideas why? 

I've had no problems at all with the event until yesterday when I started week 4.
First yesterday I tried to "research about Ambrosia" on a computer, tablet, or phone and the option wasn't showing anywhere. I had to try to repair the game. After that, I was able to find the option.
However, the very last mission of week 4, "Acquire the Flower of Death," didn't give me enough event points to get all the rewards for the week. I ordered the flower using the phone and completed the mission, but the points weren't enough to unlock the final reward.
I didn't save the game because I thought it was a bug, but when I reloaded the game to try again, there was no mission, no flower on inventory, and no option to buy the flower again.

How do I get the reward unlocked? I don't want to garden for the flower, I want to buy it like I did. How do I fix all of that?

I've reached out to the team who confirmed that all players who complete each of the weekly tasks will be able to fully complete the Reaper's Rewards event, and gain access to all of the unlockable rewards, even if you don't have any additional packs. You'll just need to wait a bit longer for more weekly tasks to unlock to do so.

if I understand you, some players are supposed to not be able to unlock some of the rewards due to not having certain packs? however, in time, all rewards will be unlocked? I am missing a book and a potion. so at what point will these items unlock? at the end of week 4 tasks I was missing I think it was 35ep. then at the end of week 5 I was missing 135ep. I suppose at the end of week 6 it will be nearly 200ep. thank you for your clarification. I appreciate it.🙂

It's week 6. I've done all of the tasks and can confirm that I got all the rewards at the end. 😀

Hey, I have almost every pack, besides batuu and dine out (besides most kits). I am in week six, all main tasks down to eating ambrosia and  then completed the last task (go to a bar during ghost night) but did not get any points for it, even though the task got ticked off. Now it only takes me to the reward panel, but I do not have enough points to collect the last three/four rewards. I restarted the game and tried multiple save files, nothing worked.

Hey, so I completed every task, the last one being to visit a bar during ghost night. Every time I got my points and rewards without any problems, but for ghost night the task only got ticked off without me getting any points. I play without mods and have almost all expansions. I tried restarting the game, different save files an waiting. I waited for two weeks, until the event officially ended for me on the 19th of November. Is there any way to still get my rewards?
