@mikeishaaa  According to this guide, the moveobjects cheat does not disable trophies on console:

I think I remember that post's author saying that enabling moveobjects and dropping a chair on top of a sim forces a reset.

If that doesn't work, try traveling.  If there's another sim in the household, you can travel that sim and then bring the stuck one to that location; if this is the only sim in the house, try scrolling out and then clicking on a nearby lot to see the Travel option.
