@ValFreya13 AFAIK it should account for both. Do you not get rock climbing skill as well ?

- @crinrict I had not used the item since getting the expansion so thank you for pointing it out. I was using an older save but when I tried it on a fresh save it worked. Something just might be glitched on the old save.
