@indieGlamSpellcasters do have a spell called Duplicato which can creates a clone of your sim; however this spell is the highest level of untamed magic and so usually has to be discovered by asking the untamed magic sage. Furthermore, the sims wouldn't want to duplicate the name and so any time you duplicate your sim not in CAS (e.g. cloning machine, magic, etc) it will asign them a similar name and make them your sims sibling

That sounds like Duplicato, but that's the ultimate Untamed Magic spell that your Sim has to learn directly from Morgyn (or the current Untamed Magic sage if it's not Morgyn). I have heard of Sims doing this spell autonomously, but it was as part of a club gathering where casting spells was an activity.
In other words... if your Sim is a low-level caster, that's definitely WEIRD.

She was such a low level, so it was perhaps a fluke caused by my mods (MCCC and the one that lets me cheat their needs)
What's cool is that she stopped doing it after aging up into a young adult, so mb she was going through some teen identity stuff.
She ended up creating two more "clones" or whatever since I posted this. I originally didn't want her to have kids so was able to make her some nieces and nephews with her clones. They are adorable.

How do I get rid of my duplicate? Or is it stuck like that forever?
@CheryleTemple Hi! The duplicate should disappear within a couple sim days. I just tested it and my sim's duplicate disappeared on the second day and after traveling.
