@crinrict Sounds like it might be. Do you know if clicking yes on the remove prompt just removes the affected item/s from the Sim, or if it deletes the Sim and/or the whole household?

@SimmerStar4 The household cause if you're missing files as the other user, there's no way to recover it unless you have a backup somewhere.

@crinrict Ah, that's unfortunate. I think I do have some backups somewhere, thankfully. Is there any way to prevent this from happening again? While I do do backups frequently, if it can be prevented in the first place, it would be good to know.

@SimmerStar4 Adding to note: the game seemed to be struggling with the 'yes' on the remove prompt, so I had to manually delete the save using the regular delete button in the gallery. I'm guessing it has the same effect either way, but just in case.

@SimmerStar4 The save and the library items aren't the same. The library items are in your tray folder. I don't know why certain files are no longer there.

Did you mess around with the tray folder ?

Troubleshooting is basically the same as I posted in the other thread.

@crinrictMy apologies, I meant the household in the Library - I said 'save' because when I deleted it manually, I was asked to confirm if I wanted to delete it from from 'saves'. I've never actually played with this household. Edit: (I decided to delete it to be safe, but I do have a backup I made of my files before deleting the household, so I can restore the files with the corrupted item from backup).

@crinrict And no, I've never done anything in the tray folder before, including deleting anything in it.
