@Gabbygabee In a 'normal' Sim household situation this looks strange to me. The relations between the adult household members must be very awkward and tense at times.

In the case you describe your Sim will only be a household member. So, when you go to CAS and look at te relationship status between the Sims in your household Yor Sim and the male sim will be the couple (husband and wife). And the child will be the child of the man and the other Sim in your household.  

However, there is an opportunity to become a guardian of the child. In that case there will be parental benefits and the child could accept both female sims as mother. In the family tree this will show as a red line.
