Re: Sims 4 birth certificate

@plexosyss If you want to get the "Authentic Birth Certificate" in debug I believe you will need to own the 'Get to Work' pack. Please see the 'Get to Work' icon on the image in 'Build/Buy' (2nd screenshot).
To find the certificate please:

Press control + shift +C to open the cheat box in the top left of the screen when in build/buy mode on the lot.
Next type bb.showhiddenobjects into the cheat box, then press enter.
Now click in the search box and type "certificate" (no quotes). Press enter. You should then see what is on this screenshot, if you have "Get to Work".Select "Authentic Birth Certificate" and press enter:
Alternately, if you have that pack you can have your baby at the hospital and you will find the birth certificate in your inventory after the birth when you go home with the baby.

Click in the search box and type "certificate" (no quotes). Press enter.

Select "Authentic Birth Certificate" and press enter:

Do you have to have the get to work pack to have the certificate? Also, I have done the go to hospital to have the baby, but I can’t go with my sim and the certificate isn’t there so I’m not sure what to do 😂

@plexosyssI normally have my Sims give birth at home but went to the hospital a couple of times and did find a certificate after (and it actually said in a message that there would be one in my inventory after, I think). But each time I did the hospital birth with Sims 4 I owned "Get to Work". I would assume you need "Get to Work".

@plexosyss, yes, @SheriGR is right! You will need to have Get to Work in order to go with your Sim to the hospital to have the baby, and to get the birth certificate. 😉 But while the birth certificate is nice to have in the game, it serves no real purpose other than decoration, so don't worry about not having it! 😇
