@Pandaluh_13 Editing my post to suggest opening your game to check if you see GTW items in your game without the need to manually download it. Since you have an EA Play account, perhaps GTW was added automatically and you didn't realize it? This shows some GTW items in build mode with the briefcase icon...

I'm sorry that you're still having trouble with this. I went to the EA Play site and they do not list GTW as part of the experience. Perhaps they just haven't updated it yet.

It's quite possible that there is an issue they need to address. Again, I encourage you to post your question on the EA Play forum.

Also note: I believe EA Play is Windows only. Are you in Windows or Mac?

@PipMenace That link is from 2 years ago. I redeemed the deluxe edition that comes with ea play without a problem a month ago. I didn't have to install the sims because it was a gift so I already had the game when I subscribed ea play. I can play test the games that work on Mac so ea play works on Mac. Some games are just not compatible with Mac but the ones that are work just fine. It's just the GTW that doesn't work. (:
