@tonichan89, you make some good points! 🙂 Yes, it should be free to paint digitally in the game, but then I guess no one would buy easels.  🤨  My guess is that is the reason, but I'm not sure. 🤔  

If I were you, to help with the break in game immersion to have to pay to make a digital art work, look upon it as that "small occasional fee for painting software" that you mentioned. 😉 I guess we will just have to use our imaginations on this one! 😃
