Re: Tarot cards greyed out after moving

I finished all of the Lenore quests before it happened. But the tarot cards that I got were greyed out in the collection menu, even though I had them all in my inventory.

@nosome Still a bit unsure what you mean. Could you add some pics ?

Collections are per household so if you move Sim into another household, there's always a potential loss of the collections showing properly. So if you have all the cards still and can do the quest that you haven't done yet, you might see a different issue.

Sorry for the delayed response. I can no longer show pictures of it.
I came around the issue by moving the sim back to the original household. I then gifted the cards that were greyed out in the collection menu between two sims in the household. That worked and I could complete the deck.

@nosome Glad you found a solution. I'm splitting it off from the bug report as I don't think it's the same issue.
