Re: The Sims 4 - getting stuck on building screen while placing lots

hey im having this issue to, i have cleaned out all my broken and out of date mods, and it is still messing up. I went to newcrest to try and upload a house on a lot from my library and it got stuck on the loading screen and when i tried to stop the game it got stuck on saying "stopping" i thought it would only take a few mintues but it was left up for days and kept staying on the loading process. i play on a acer desktop, i do play with mods and ive tried to move the mods folder out to test it, i don't have any packs, and the lot i was trying to place down was like a resident type lot for my sims family.
