@angryhelen In the end I had the same issue as you : game launched in French the 1st time, but the 2nd time I had the broken game message again, and the game was back to English afterwards. I really do not get why, as I have a universal version of the game (I got it from the support team), and I did not have any issue when using Origin. And I do not have issues either when playing on a PC. It would be really nice to have an official feedback from EA at this point, as this has been happening for months.

Several competing games are announced for the end of the year or 2025 (InZoi, Paralives). I will not hesitate to switch if EA doesn't respect its players, stay silent when serious/basic issues are pointed out, and doesn't solve them.

Non-English players are also still waiting for the pronouns update too!!!
