@betharies2 I have not done any divorces, so any subtitles that are effected by this I cannot answer about, but I can tell you that:

• If you want the wife to keep the restaurant, move the husband out of the household into a new household. This could be done before the divorce.
• Keep the wife in the original household. Ownership of the restaurant is attached to the household.
• If the household to which the restaurant ownership is attached moves, the restaurant ownership will move with them.
