@sidneytheemogirl , the amount of  packs shouldn't matter. I even checked the Bug Report List and none of the ones regarding High School Years matched your problem (most of the problems with University in regards to HSY had to do with not being able to do some activities if your Sim graduated high school early). I did not see any Bug Reports relating to your problem on the Discover University section either. 

Are you playing on a console or on a PC or Mac? If you are playing on a PC or Mac, do you happen to use any Mods or Custom Content (CC)?🤔
