reaper rewards week 2 keeps repeating

I completed week two of the reaper rewards a few days ago, but for the past few days after initially completing the requirements, it keeps reloading the 'digging holes' section of the event. It won't let me move on to week 3 until I complete week 2, but I can't because it keeps repeating.

I'm just in a continuous cycle of making my squeamish sim fish, which isn't easy to do because she keeps getting uncomfortable. I don't know if this should go here or in bug reports, but let me know if I should move it there.
