Reaper's Rewards not working

The newest event Reaper's rewards is not working. The event is not triggering. I have restarted the game multiple times and even made sure my mods are not installed. I have tried with a new household...

    BellaFawn  Are you saying you can't see the tasks, or you can't complete them, or you don't even see the Reaper icon on-screen?  For the first two, try deleting accountDataDB.package, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  For the last, make sure Online Social Features (Options > Game Options > Other) is enabled, and the EA App is in online mode and loading fully.

    Dark_SyrenSim  If you delete accountDataDB, the only data that will disappear is the progress on the tasks where you haven't completed the entire set.  So if you've completed week 1, you'll keep that progress.  If you've done two tasks in week 2 but the set of tasks is still open, you'll lose progress on those two tasks.
