OdoProtector Please try a double load: Choose Load Game (not Resume), which will bring you to Manage Worlds. Select the household in question and try to load it, generating the error. Try again to load it immediately, without going back to the Main Menu or quitting.
If this doesn't help, can you load a different household within the same save? Can you invite the original household over, or have the other sims visit? Can you load the original household after moving them to a different lot? What about the original lot in Build mode? You don't need to save your progress after any of this; it's all just for testing purposes.
