sims 4 pack not synced

Hi everyone, i have been needing help with my sims 4 packs. i purchased them on my play station account and assumed that since I'm on pc all of the packs that i purchased would be in the game library but it's not. so now I'm just looking for answers, I'm not sure if i need to open up play station in order to sync my packs or if there's an issue with ea.
