Can you forge a break up letter without the season pack?

No, you need to have the Seasons pack to be able to do that.
Do you need to be friends to?
I don’t think that you have to be friends to do it, but you may need to be acquaintances.
do you need to have writing skill level up too? cause I don't see forge a break up letter ok the mailbox yet?
It can only be done on Love Day, so you would need to wait and do it then.
