I don’t think that you have to be friends to do it, but you may need to be acquaintances.
do you need to have writing skill level up too? cause I don't see forge a break up letter ok the mailbox yet?
It can only be done on Love Day, so you would need to wait and do it then.
oh ok have to wait 3 weeks in the game for it?
It is when Love Day is in your game, so if it is three weeks until Love Day is in your game, then you will have to wait three weeks.
