Sims aren’t performing actions & infinite loading screens

Hello!

I’ve been experiencing a plethora of issues with my sims 4 game ever since the first update release for the Lovestruck expansion. Some have been resolved, while one is still lingering even after the other patch updates,

I’ve started an entirely new save file. I use mods and CC, so when the pack had first came out. I wiped my game completely and started over, new saves and mods. From that point, I’d been rebuilding.

Ever since the update, and since I’ve been experiencing problems, I’ve been reading tons and tons of different forums to try and find the problem, but…I’ve ended with the same result.

My household in Brindleton Bay slightly works, but the ones in San Myshuno don’t.

In BB, my sims can find a job, and interact with the sims surrounding them, but they can’t eat, sleep, sit down, watch tv. If I do click on the bed or computer, the computer screen would be on as if the sim is using it, but they’re standing up in an entirely different room. And with sleeping, it’s the same thing. It appears as they’re sleeping but my sim is standing, staring in front of the bed.

In SM, my sims can’t do anything. They just stand there, maybe look around, make a random idle noise, and that’s about it.

I’ve resetted sims, I’ve removed my script mods that would likely cause the most problems, uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, and of course updated. Nothing works. I’ve just updated my computer, hopefully that makes a difference?

Last Sunday, I created two new households, and moved them in, one (I’ve only tested one so far), I loaded it in, I heard the song that plays when the game is about to switch from the loading screen to live mode, but the loading screen continued to load.
