Sims Freezing

I am having an issue where when one of my sims will come home from work or school and get stuck outside. They won't even move to a different location outside. If I quit and go to the loading screen and restart the game, it usually fixes it. Also, I am having issues having my sims care for their toddler/infant. I will tell a sim any sim to feed or give bath, but they never do it. Any tips?

    I currently have no mods or cc. And for the bathing issue it is really weird they just don't do it. There is no failure like their path is blocked or something else.

    Could you try another household if there's the same issue occurring and maybe move them out and back in ?
