Hi, so I had originally bought the Sims years ago now and could only play in either Polish, Czech or Russian. I understand why this was originally a thing but now the base game is free so I don't understand why I'm still unable to change my language to English. I've even uninstalled the game yet still only have the 3 options. Does anyone know of a way for me to be able to change my game into English?
Community ManagerHi @Retro_Lemons , it's possible you still have an Easter European edition still somewhere on your account. Agents on EA Help should be able to sort you out and disable this version so only the English version of the game remains on your account: Contact EA Help
I contacted help and they have no idea how to change my European game to global English game!! HELP!
