Unable to purchase any of The Sims 4 packs & kits

I am trying to purchase Sims 4 content from the store, but everything shows as “Not Available.”

I am not using any VPN, and I tried different packs and kits, but none of them are available for purchase.

Is this a store issue or something related to my account?
